Within the development and technical team, you are responsible for the technical support of financial and logistics applications in SAP for our hospital clients. You can understand customer needs and propose an appropriate technical solution with corresponding cost planning and estimation. You have knowledge of system architecture and can introduce new technologies and add new links with external parties in the system landscape. You investigate connection issues. You monitor system performance and identify the cause of any performance issues. You follow monitoring alerts and take appropriate actions. You configure printers, scanners, and mobile devices. You track SAP security patches. You manage SAP transport change requests across the system landscape. You write technical documentation.
