We are currently seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our client’s organization based in Brussels. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions that meet the business requirements of our client’s organization. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, partnering with other members of the IT team, business stakeholders and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate the organization’s technical architecture and provide recommendations for improvement
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet the organization’s business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support the organization’s technical architecture
- Create technical specifications and architectural diagrams to communicate technical designs to the development team
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase
- Ensure that technical solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, standards, and trends in the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on enterprise-level applications
- Strong experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions
- Excellent knowledge of modern software development methodologies and practices
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, principles, and design
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, microservices, and integration technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English is required, French or Dutch is a plus
