To support the development of future engineering projects for one of our clients, a leading industrial player in Europe, we are looking for a Stress Manager to join their dynamic team.
Your Mission
As a key member of a 15-person stress engineering team, you will directly support stress leaders on projects related to R&T and certification of metallic and composite structures. Your role will include:
- Defining and following up structural tests in collaboration with the testing department
- Validating and reviewing calculation reports (static, fatigue) for metallic and composite parts
- Interpreting test results and ensuring proper correlation with analyses
- Integrating feedback from certification authorities and preparing required documentation
- Consolidating technical report sections into a coherent and compliant deliverable
You’ll also contribute to method/tool development, structural analyses, and propose technical solutions. Participation in design reviews, internal meetings, and client discussions will be part of your routine.
Your Profile
- MSc in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in aircraft structural analysis
- Solid expertise in structural analysis (metallic & composite), FEM, and F&DT
- Tools: familiarity with SAMCEF, NASTRAN, CATIA V5, MS Office, Linux is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
