Our client is a leading industrial player in Europe, renowned for its technical expertise and strong commitment to continuous improvement. As part of a strategy to optimize operational performance, they are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen their purchasing and quality departments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure methodological monitoring to implement best quality practices.
- Maintain and improve supplier performance through proactive risk management.
- Promote the quality approach among internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects involving processes and tools.
- Handle non-conformities and provide support to operations.
- Monitor quality KPIs and ensure compliance with applicable standards (quality, environment, safety)
Profile:
- Degree in industrial engineering (preferably electromechanics or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Project management and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Autonomous, rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset.
- International mobility required.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
